Storage Squad provides student summer storage, moving, and shipping services to over 35 universities throughout the Midwest and Northeast. We prepare a workforce, warehouse, and the equipment necessary to service up to 1,500 customers at a given city and hire motivated individuals looking for valuable experience in a fun and fast paced startup environment.
The STL Branch Manager would oversee operations at WashU and SLU campuses.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing: March 1 - April 15….(2-4 hrs/week)
Corporate Setup: April 1 - May 1….(2-4 hrs/week)
Recruit and Train Employees: March 15 - May 1 & July 15 - Aug. 15….(2-4 hrs/week)
Build and Execute Schedules: May 1 - May 10 & Aug. 20 - Sept. 1….(20-40 hrs/week)
Oversee Peak Season: May 1 - May 10 & Aug. 20 - Sept. 1…..(20-40 hrs/week)
Oversee Non-Peak Season: May 15 - Aug. 15…..(2-4 hrs/week)
Full availability leading up to and during finals week (April/May)
Full availability when classes are back in session (August/September)
Able and willing to assist co-workers, supervisors, and customers in a cooperative manner
Possesses excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
Highly reliable self starter; can be counted on to complete assignments
Proven competence in working with others in a team effort
Valid drivers license
Car (personal transportation)
Smartphone
Ability to lift 60lbs above head
