This is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible hours based around your prior obligations. The majority of your commitment is required for 7-10 days during finals weeks in the Spring (student move-out) with the option to return in the Fall for 7-10 days when classes go back into session (student move-in). Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Because of our seasonality, our work schedules are brief but offer a ton of hours to interested parties (40+ hours per week if interested). You'd be working together with 10-20 of your fellow student peers to help us execute a successful storage pickup season in your local region.

This position gives you the option to pursue other opportunities during the summer months and is a great addition to any resume. Many of our employees use this position to fill employment gaps at the beginning of Summer (Pick-ups) and again during the Fall (Deliveries) before classes are back in session. 95% of our Squad Crew Members return for at least a second season.

Responsibilities include:

• Following Pre Routed Pickup and Delivery Schedules
• Interacting with Customers
• Creating Invoices
• Driving Trucks
• Loading/Unloading Trucks
• Organizing Customers Storage in our Warehouse
• Prepping Items for Shipping via UPS Ground

Storage Squad provides student summer storage, moving, and shipping services to over 35 universities throughout the Midwest and Northeast. We prepare a workforce, warehouse, and the equipment necessary to service up to 1,500 customers at a given location and hire motivated individuals looking for valuable experience in a fun and fast paced startup environment.
