    Pilot Freight Services is seeking a FULL TIME HR ONBOARDING COORDINATOR for our headquarters located in GLEN MILLS, PA.

    The HR Onboarding Coordinator will help organize, coordinate and carry out all Onboarding activities for the company’s new hires. This role works directly with and assists the Senior HR Manager to fulfill a variety of necessary Onboarding tasks. This includes hiring, HR communications, and compliance. This is performed by tracking and maintaining employee data using HRIS software, forwarding or responding to inquiries. This position will make certain that Pilot’s internal stakeholders receive the best in customer service by following HR policies, promptly responding to requests and by fostering a positive work environment.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Helps maintain Recruiting email box.
    • Ensure new hires have all necessary Onboarding tasks completed in order to be ready to start on their Hire Date
    • Ensures new-employee background checks are processed properly and researches any delays
    • Processes I-9’s
    • Assists with scheduling random drug testing
    • Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
    • Uploads offer letters into UltiPro
    • Interacts with Payroll as needed on sign-on bonuses, relocation payments or other variable pay to ensure new hires receive these per their offer letters
    • Add new hires to various email distribution groups
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS software

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
    • At least one-year work experience required, including professional internships
    • Interest in pursuing a career in human resources
