Pilot Freight Services is seeking a FULL TIME HR ONBOARDING COORDINATOR for our headquarters located in GLEN MILLS, PA.
The HR Onboarding Coordinator will help organize, coordinate and carry out all Onboarding activities for the company’s new hires. This role works directly with and assists the Senior HR Manager to fulfill a variety of necessary Onboarding tasks. This includes hiring, HR communications, and compliance. This is performed by tracking and maintaining employee data using HRIS software, forwarding or responding to inquiries. This position will make certain that Pilot’s internal stakeholders receive the best in customer service by following HR policies, promptly responding to requests and by fostering a positive work environment.
