The Learning and Development (L&D) Intern will gain exposure to what it's like to work in a corporate L&D team.

Primary Functions:

• Manage some administrative duties including creating and organizing internal course documents and managing courses in the learning management system.  
• Analyze training needs to design, develop, and implement customer training material.  
• Partner with L&D team to design, implement, manage and continuously improve primary development programs.  
• Design instructional aids, learning paths, handouts, and other materials for stand – alone, instructor led and online use.  
• Interview subject matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content.
