We are looking for a competent Logistics Assistant to help oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be responsible for:

• Requesting bookings from shipping lines
• Entering booking information in ERP system and Master, BL report and send confirmation to supplier
• Sending dispatch/drayage request to carriers and follow up on loading confirmations
• Following up with suppliers to obtain shipping information
• Entering shipping information in system (Magic)

• Transportation / Logistics Education or Equivalent Experience
• Customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
