Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders and sales in the internal system
• Arrange and book deliveries
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information up to date
• Book export shipments with ocean carriers and FFW
• Provide excellent customer service to suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Create Export Documentation, including filing AES, with a high attention to details
• Audit Bills of Ladings and invoices

Bi-lingual English / Spanish preferable
