OVERVIEW: 

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL’s Other Modes and Specialized Services (OMASS) department, you will be responsible for covering specialized shipments and building relationships with carriers.  TQL’s OMASS Division is our newest department experiencing exponential growth.  This is an unbelievable opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape the future of TQL.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Communicate with sales teams and specialized carriers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
• Work with sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems

WHAT YOU NEED:

• College degree preferred, but we have successful leaders without one
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict
• The determination to work harder than anyone you know
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive and concentrate in a fast-paced open office environment
