MedSpeed has partnered with IEA Recruiting to find an Operations Supervisor.

Summary / Description: The Operations Supervisor position is responsible for the daily operations of a transportation network, including supervision and coaching of drivers, management of client relationships, & attainment of location service quality & profit objectives.

Essential Duties:

• Overall leadership of drivers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.

• Manage service quality & efficiency through daily observations, monitoring of exception & performance reports & follow up coaching.

• Ensure accuracy & ongoing system maintenance of route, client, & variable stop data.

• Review daily vehicle pre/post trip inspection checklists, coordinate repairs & maintenance with vendors, & maintain maintenance history file.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.

• 1-4 years of progressive business experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills.
