PILOT FREIGHT SERVICES is seeking a full time RECEPTIONIST for our SAN DIEGO, CA LOCATION.

• 100% Bilingual Spanish and English
• 50% knowledge of excel sheets
• able to handle incoming and outgoing calls
• A/R and A/P coordination
• Maintain office supplies, vendor communication and billing coordination
• Must be full time Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm shift
• Filing and daily office tasks and supervision of supplies and paper goods.  
• Temp schedules if required
• Assist manager with required tasks and occasional projects
