We are seeking a friendly individual who has a passion for jewelry, and loves going above and beyond for a customer. This is a full-time position local to Houston, TX.

Typical day to day role:

• Replying to customers inquiries via email
• Helping customers over the phone
• Working with suppliers and manufacturers on fulfilling orders
• Assisting customers with custom design ideas
• Inspecting and shipping customers' rings
• Taking beautiful photos of the rings for Instagram

Occasionally, your role will fall outside of the general "Customer Service" scope and you may work directly with the founder on:

• Designing new rings for our line
• Implementing new marketing ideas
• Creating and posting social media updates
• Other things! It is a startup and you will have to wear different hats from time to time!

This is NOT a commission based sales position! Instead we offer a salary and meaningful equity in the company. Commission would not make sense because our goal is not for you to upsell a customer. Our goal is for you to be as helpful as you can be to each customer, and help them find the perfect ring for them in their own budget.
