Production Responsibilities:

• Organizing production and samples
• Assembling / organizing materials for domestic for production
• Communicating with contractors located in NYC’s diamond district
• Coordinating delivery and pick up of materials from vendors and contractors
• Assist in daily operations including email, social media, and organizational tasks

Social Media Responsibilities

• Help with social media photoshoots
• Writing captions
• Taking pictures
• Formatting pictures for Instagram
• Content creation for Instagram stories
• Identify influencers on Instagram

Office Tasks:

• Perform deliveries and pickups
• Meet and greet clients
• Basic office maintenance and organization
• Data Entry
