  • Responsibilities

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assignments could include:

    • Serving as a tour guide for our factory guests.
    • Providing communications support to departments, groups, and managers to assist in identifying communication needs and messages, and to develop appropriate communication plans that support business objectives.
    • Researching, writing, and editing communication materials for use in various media to support the overall communication strategies of the Business Unit.
    • Planning, recording, and editing video for use in our factory employee communications
    • Taking photos for our employee communications

  • Qualifications

    WHAT IT TAKES

    • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
    • Understanding of communication theories, especially employee/internal communications.
    • Knowledge of the communication planning process and measurement techniques.
    • Understanding of photography/videography and editing.
    • Knowledge of layout/design for both print publications and online.
    • Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing fields.
    • Graduation date of Dec 2019 or later 
    • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above on a 4.0 scale

    A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE

    • Public speaking skills
    • Writing and editing skills
    • Video editing knowledge
    • Photography skills
    • techniques.
    • Understanding of photography and photo editing.
    • Knowledge of layout/design for both print publications and online.
    • Pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing fields.
    • Graduation date of Dec 2019 or later 
    • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above on a 4.0 scale

    A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE

    • Writing skills.
    • Video editing knowledge.
