Customer & Product Support Rep - Technical
Customer and Product Support assignments provide learning and experience with product support, product lines, the dealer organizations, competition, and many other aspects of John Deere Customer and Product Support. This role may lead to early career positions such as Factory or Corporate Product Support, Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) Support Specialists, Service Training Instructors, or various roles in our Shared Services organization. Key experiences/duties will vary by platform, product line, regions, and branches, but may include:
