    Your Responsibilities

    Assisting with Customer and Product Support Training development including:

    • Collaborating with Planning and Analytics Leader to develop training material
    • Reviewing training material
    • Organizing training into central location
    • Planning training sessions with Customer Support Planning team
    • Tracking and reporting Customer Support Planning activity status and communicating directly with Customer Support Planners when action is required
    • Developing templates and guidance documents for common Customer Support activities
    • Updating key performance indicator dashboards

    What it Takes

    • We need excellent communicators, who thrive on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will be pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering/Engineering Technology; others may apply.
    • Good interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate conflict, work in teams
    • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing and time management

    In addition, we require:

    • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
    • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
    • Graduation date of May 2019 or later (this date will change, needs to be at least 1 academic year from the date the role is posted)
    • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
    • 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
    • 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

    A strong candidate will also have:

    • Experience developing and giving training
    • Basic understanding of dealer/distributor network; with service and sales focus
    • Knowledge of farm equipment business and familiarity with current tractor offerings
