YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an EXPERIMENTAL OPERATIONS SCHEDULER for John Deere Construction and Forestry Division located in Dubuque, IA you will analyze, plan, schedule, negotiate, and track work requests for prototype, test equipment, components and/or vehicles.  In addition, you will:

• Process work orders for multiple work centers internally and/or externally
• Release Daily Time Reports (DTRs)
• Coordinate manpower requirements

OCCASSIONAL OFF SHIFT HOURS AS NEEDED.

WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED

• Experience with Product Delivery Process programs
• Experience with supply management systems, XOS, SAP, SRM, and ESO orders
• Experience with engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge
• Experience providing work direction and assistance to wage personnel, which includes the ability to help troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues on Construction and Forestry equipment
• Maintain large databases and knowledgeable about share point sites
• Knowledge and ability to utilize Virtual Garage, RECON, Service Advisor, and Parts Finder

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools
• Engineering experience
• Experience in forecasting and scheduling
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience (Continuous Improvement, 5S, project implementation)

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in an Agricultural Sciences, Business/Management, Education, Engineering/Technology, or Science discipline.
