    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    We’re hiring for the 2019 full-time Engineering Development Program where you will complete multiple rotations through Facilities Engineering. In your rotations, you will: 

    Manage, plan, coordinate, and perform facilities and maintenance engineering work for small to moderate scope projects for facility infrastructure, production equipment and manufacturing processes within a team environment. Additionally, you will:

    • Coordinate engineering design for the infrastructure of the facility, grounds, production equipment and processes through both internal and external resources.
    • Provide troubleshooting of facility infrastructure and production equipment to support production, manufacturing, distribution and maintenance operations.
    • Assist in the identification and resolution of potential environmental, safety, ergonomic and health hazards.
    • Seek competitive and negotiated sources for materials, equipment and services for maintenance and construction projects.
    • Communicate project cost, schedule and business justification to factory leadership and other key stakeholders.
    • Work may include improving infrastructure, replacing end of life equipment, performing studies, and researching new technologies.

    What Skills You Need

    • Currently pursuing or recent college graduate (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related degree.
    • Desired cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Internship experience with construction-related firms, including experience with HVAC, Piping, Building Systems, Building Controls, Building Structures, Power Distribution, Lighting, etc.
    • Experience working with contractors and designers is a plus.
    • Familiarization with MS Office Suite.

     

    Location, location, location!  We have locations across the United States so you must be willing to relocate domestically.
