The 2017 Construction & Forestry Field Representative Development Program prepares candidates for significant roles in John Deere's Equipment divisions through varied work experiences. This includes exposure to marketing, products, competition, and many other aspects of John Deere customer support. Additional training includes traveling with field managers and interaction with the dealer channel. This position may lead to future jobs, such as Territory Customer Support Manager, Training Instructor, Aftermarket Development Manager and Product Marketing Manager.
Develop employees who are proficient and effective in technical support capabilities and systems, who can later work in customer support field-based roles. Program participants are provided with work and educational experiences that help them quickly learn the business while building a strong professional network. The 15-18 month program features three rotational assignments within a variety of Construction & Forestry departments.
