    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    We’re hiring for the 2019 full-time engineering development program where you will do multiple rotations through Quality engineering. In your rotations, you will:

    • Gather and analyze data to formulate/facilitate quality planning activities for new products/processes within the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP), Supplier Quality, and/or Customer Support Processes (CSP).
    • Execute quality tools to enable the focus on prevention by identifying and performing activities to minimize risk.
    • Investigate product and process quality related issues and recommends changes to control plans and/or prints.
    • Perform quality audits, including supporting International Standards Organization (ISO) audits, and maintain quality manual(s).
    • Input and maintain information in factory databases and systems. Monitor quality plan tracking system.

    WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED

    • Currently pursuing or recent college graduate (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree.
    • Desired cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
    • Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes.
    • Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (Pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans)
    • Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style.

    What Makes You Stand Out

    • Previous intern or coop experience in Quality or Manufacturing engineering
    • Experience with problem solving and working in a team environment.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
    • Work Statement:  US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • Location, location, location! We have locations across the United States so you must be willing to relocate domestically.
