    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Partner Sales Representative (PSR) at Abstrakt Marketing Group (AMG), you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our outbound clients. Reporting directly to your assigned Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outbound sales and lead generation processes as they pertain to your specific client base. Major duties include hitting daily metric performance goals through prospecting, cold calling, identifying key decision makers, and collecting data in our target markets while managing the Salesforce administration process. The goal of a PSR is to set scheduled appointments for assigned clients.

    The successful candidate will have a desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales role. The PSR will play a fundamental role in helping Abstrakt achieve ambitious customer growth and revenue objectives. He or she will be expected to manage the activity and pipeline for each of his or her clients and adhere to the sales-driven goals and expectations set by AMG. This role provides an opportunity to manage your own book of business while you broaden your skillset and take on new and exciting challenges.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prospect, source, and collect data needed to generate interest for new client relationships via inbound and outbound calls.

    • Set appointments by outbound and inbound telephone calls to ensure 100% client satisfaction; appointment goal is 20 appointment points/month while in training; moves to 30 appointment points/month ongoing.

    • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external performance goals.

    • Ability to manage 135 outbound dials per day.

    • Collect over 400 pieces of data per month for each client.

    • Quality score equal to 65% or higher each month.

    • Navigate the internet and use Salesforce CRM quickly and efficiently.

    • Ability to prepare for a weekly MAP with direct manager to discuss major projects, activity, and potential business issues, which result in leaving with five key projects for the next week.

    • Ability to consistently play a key role within the team in one of the following areas: huddles, positivity, identity, board management, unity, or celebrations.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Assertive, unfailing can-do personality and desire to learn new things.

    • Ability to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up.

    • Prior experience and/or strong understanding of customer service.

    • Ability to establish professional rapport with decision makers over the phone.

    • Strong active listening and critical thinking skills.

    • Ability to work in a high-energy environment.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Proficient organizational skills and attentive to detail.

    • High sense of urgency and ability to manage time effectively.

    • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales-relevant field or 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.

    • Interested in a career in sales.

    • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

    • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
