    We are looking for an Account Manager ready to build long-term, trusting relationships with our fortune 1,000 client base. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Client Services Manager and will be responsible for a portfolio of assigned accounts, with a focus on developing new revenue streams within their portfolio.

    The Account Manager is the liaison between the client and our Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery of our Professional Services solutions according to client specifications. All the while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    The Account Manager must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Organization and prioritization are essential to success in this role.

    Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with our client base, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities within their portfolio.

    Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should focus on achieving quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-term.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned Portfolio accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Negotiate renewal contracts with clients to maximize profits.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with portfolio accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Professional Services solutions according to customer requirements.
    • Develop new business with existing portfolio and/or identify areas of improvement to meet renewal sales requirements.
    • Prepare and present reports on account status to the Sr. Client Services Manager
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Qualifications
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Effectively communicates with Professional Services team to reiterate client requirements and ensure those requirements are met.
    • Experience with CRM software and MS office.
    • Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Adapts to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands. Ability to change approach or method to best fit the situations; able to deal with frequent change, delay or unexpected events in a calm and professional manner.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

    Salary Starting at $45K /year
