We are looking for an Account Manager ready to build long-term, trusting relationships with our fortune 1,000 client base. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Client Services Manager and will be responsible for a portfolio of assigned accounts, with a focus on developing new revenue streams within their portfolio.
The Account Manager is the liaison between the client and our Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery of our Professional Services solutions according to client specifications. All the while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Account Manager must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Organization and prioritization are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with our client base, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities within their portfolio.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should focus on achieving quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-term.
