    Job Description: Advisory Technology Intern - Summer 2024

    Are you looking for a meaningful internship? As an intern in Crowe’s Advisory practice you’ll get in-depth exposure to Crowe's Advisory profession and learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities of an Advisory Technology intern at Crowe. You’ll receive guidance and work closely with experienced Advisory professionals, as well as have exposure to issues shaping and affecting the profession today.

    Advisory Technology Interns will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements in one of the Crowe's Advisory areas, depending on preference and skills. Crowe's Advisory Technology delivery units include: Digital Forensics, Data Analytics, or Complex Valuation Analytics.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's (varies depending on role pursuing) in Digital Forensics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related fields depending on desired role
    • Pursuing CPA-eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation (varies depending on role pursuing)
    • Strong academic credentials
    • Proficient with Excel
    • Experience with data analytics is desired
    • Programming experience using data and statistical languages (i.e., SQL, R, Python, SAS, STATA, Tableau, Power BI, JupyterLab, minimum qualifications include fluency in two languages). Varies depending on role pursuing
    • Relevant work experience (e.g. prior internships, summer positions, school jobs or project related work)
    • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
    • Desire to travel (percentage varies depending on role pursuing)

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 to $38.00 hourly.
