    Job Description

    New opportunity for a Recruiter to join Ameresco’s Human Resources Team located at our Company Headquarters in Framingham, MA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Strategically identify, source, and engage world class talent through creative and innovative sourcing approaches;
    • Drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build diverse candidate pools;
    • Coordinate applicant screening, interview, travel, and other employment process activities;
    • Review and analyze applicant responses to determine matching skills and qualifications;
    • Perform sourcing and screening teleconferences and interviews with prospective candidates;
    • Serve as key point of contact with Hiring Managers and applicants throughout recruiting process;
    • Ensure compliance with company practices as well as local, state, and federal laws and guidelines; and
    • Perform other duties as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years Human Resources recruitment work experience focusing on sourcing, screening, and selection.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven knowledge of electrical/ mechanical, engineer, technician, construction, operations skills and abilities.
    • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System; Workday preferred.
    • Ability to learn new recruiting technologies and sourcing techniques.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment law.
    • Excellent verbal, written, computer, social media communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, including spreadsheet, presentation, and technical research skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to cultivate and manage positive and productive business relationships.
