    The Intrapreneurship Program (https://teamarrayo.com/company/the-intrapreneurship-program/) The Intrapreneurship Program is Arrayo’s very own management trainee program. We are continuously looking for talented and ambitious recent graduates that want to evolve quickly, both professionally and personally. We offer a one-year in-house training program where Intrapreneurs are fast-tracked to a career as Business Developer in the professional services industry. The Program is designed to offer participants all the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in this highly competitive industry. The ultimate goal of the Program is for Intrapreneurs to develop themselves both professionally and personally so that they can build their own business unit within Arrayo one day.

    What can participants expect to get out of the Program? Put simply, the Program provides the training and development that is essential for starting and running your own business. We give Intrapreneurs significant autonomy and flexibility right from the get-go. At Arrayo, we don’t like to micromanage our talent; we believe that personal development is the result of trying new things, making mistakes, and learning from those mistakes. Our end goal is to teach Intrapreneurs the management and business development skills needed to run a business, so one day they can spread their wings and start their own sales vertical within Arrayo or even their own venture outside of Arrayo. We highly value entrepreneurial spirit!

    What does the Program entail exactly? As an Intrapreneur, you will be subject to a jam-packed, intensive one-year training program that will teach you the basics of Business Development in the professional services industry. More specifically, you will receive continuous on-the-job training by assisting and working closely together with your personally assigned mentor in addition to the complementary training and workshops (both internal and external). The training program is divided into 3 phases (which are named after the stages in Business Life Cycle Theory); each phase is accompanied by development goals. The first phase is the Startup phase, in which you will learn the Arrayo basics. Secondly, the Growth phase, in which you will be taught the basics of Business Development. Lastly, the Expansion phase in which you will spread your wings and start building your own business under the guidance of your mentor. After completion of the one-year training phase, you will have created your own future path as Business Developer and Intrapreneur at Arrayo.

    Duties and responsibilities depend on which phase of the training you are in. The Intrapreneur’s responsibilities will gradually grow in both the importance of duties as well as the number of duties.

    The Startup Phase (one month) You are taught the basics of Arrayo and the professional services industry. You’ll learn about Arrayo’s strategy, value proposition, the way Arrayo does business, and why we are so different from our competitors. You’ll meet with Arrayo’s Business Developers, Executive Vice Presidents and expert delivery teams who will teach you everything about Arrayo. You will attend internal workshops organized by Arrayo’s Business Developers, where they share their knowledge and experience of their profession. Every workshop is centered around a particular step in the Business Development Process.

    You will have weekly Evaluation Meetings with your mentor and weekly Progress Meetings with the Intrapreneurship Program Manager to follow up on your progress. Lastly, you will start brainstorming on your initiative for the Intrapreneurship Project and on organizing a community outreach project.

    The Growth Phase (four months) Once you’ve got the hang of presenting Arrayo to clients and consultants, you will work closely with your Mentor in finding candidates for Arrayo’s consulting and project delivery teams and act as an inside sales associate. While doing so, you will start acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge needed to present yourself as a true Arrayo Business Developer. In this phase, you “steal with your eyes” from your mentor while taking your first small steps towards “Business Developer-ship”. In the Growth phase, you will continue to work on your community outreach project, start joining your mentor at industry conferences and professional networking events, as well as attend your first external courses and workshops. Your progress and success will be continuously tracked by your mentor and by monthly Progress Meetings with the Program Manager.

    As it pertains to a true Business Developer, you will now have some key targets you need to reach. Targets that will increase in ambitiousness month by month.

    The Expansion Phase (seven months) Now it is time to spread your wings. Over the last five months, you have learned a great deal from working closely with your mentor. Now, you will try and find new clients of your own. You will continue prospecting and conveying Arrayo’s strategy and value to industry leaders while offering them solutions developed in cooperation with Arrayo’s consultants and/or project delivery teams. You will continue to work closely together with your mentor and start building your own business under their guidance. Moreover, you will attend additional workshops and conferences, execute your initiative for the Intrapreneurship Project, and organize the community outreach event you’ve been planning. Post-Intrapreneurship Program

    So you’ve completed the Program, now what? You’re just getting started! The Intrapreneurship Program is just the first part of your long-term employment at Arrayo. You will continue to build out your business and grow your network, acquire more clients, deliver more projects, work on internal projects, become a mentor for the Intrapreneurship Program, manage your own team of Business Developers, and/or launch your own business unit. The path to leadership at Arrayo is wide open!

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities as a Business Developer We are looking for future Business Development Leaders that want to build out a career in Solutions, Services & Consulting in the Financial Services space. As part of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for proactive, outbound prospecting, lead management, and pipeline building. This position has a direct impact on company success with an opportunity for great growth and personal success.

    As a Business Developer, you will develop and implement a business strategy to complement the growth of four of our service offerings: Connect, AgileData, RegTech, and Databridge. In building out your business within Arrayo, you will: - Build out Arrayo’s network of industry experts o Search for Financial Services experts to grow Arrayo’s team o Interview interesting candidates o Build personal relationships with top candidates - Build and manage the delivery teams that will solve our clients’ challenges - Work on RFP processes and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in producing client proposals and improving Arrayo’s sales and marketing tools - Actively utilize sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.) to conduct targeted and custom client prospection to increase response rate; drive communication channels and meetings (prospection & qualification) with clients. - Collaborate with project stakeholders and oversee delivery teams to ensure satisfactory delivery of projects - Stay up to date on the latest developments in the Data sphere in Financial Services and actively identify and pursue new business opportunities - Support and manage the career development of Arrayo’s experts - Develop and maintain client relationships with industry leaders (CDOs, CFOs, CIOs, Managing Directors, VPs, etc.) - Devise your own prospection strategy and execute it - Prepare and lead client meetings - Write and create content for Arrayo’s social media channels

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities as an Intrapreneur As a participant in our Intrapreneurship Program, you’ll wear the hat of both a Business Developer and an Intrapreneur at Arrayo. Your entrepreneurial mindset is not just important for building your own business within Arrayo as a Business Developer, but as an Intrapreneur, it is equally important to help drive Arrayo higher and improve our business. So, as an Intrapreneur, you’ll be welcomed to think critically about Arrayo’s positioning and business model and propose and implement initiatives right from your first day.

    Education BS/BA, MS, Ph.D. in a business-related field

    Experience No prior experience is required, although experience in business development/relationship management is a plus.
