    As a Business Solutions Consultant in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing data along with defining, crafting, developing and implementing business and technology solutions.     Your role will be focused on: Financial Services

    You can assist with the development, implementation, support, and delivery of our own credit portfolio solutions for financial institutions in addition to playing a key role in building out new solutions. Our solutions eliminate manual analysis to provide credit safely and quickly to grow businesses while optimizing cost and monitoring risk. New hires could also assist as a performance improvement consultant focused on the analysis and implementation of processes, strategies, and technologies related to banking. Project teams may redesign processes and conduct project planning to implement change, develop technology and digital transformation plans, facilitate strategic planning initiatives, and manage complex merger integrations.

    Crowe also works with clients in the following areas Healthcare

    You will have the opportunity to impact client performance through data and operational analyses, constructing client reports, and assisting with operational improvement initiatives. Client engagements are focused on a variety of challenges in the healthcare provider space (hospitals, health systems, physician groups, etc.) within the revenue and financial operations realms. Project teams generally work in specific functions within the industry, such as:

    • Assisting in various hospital deep financial analyses, month-end close optimization and finance operations improvement
    • Assisting in financial analysis to help clients navigate the complex circumstances of payer reimbursement for healthcare services
    • Assisting with a variety of revenue operations improvement initiatives across the continuum of patient care in order to drive financial improvement for our client organizations

    Manufacturing and Distribution

    You will work with clients in the manufacturing industry to help transform their business requirements into a state-of-the-art cloud solution that will enable their organization to exploit new opportunities, engage better with their customers and compete globally in the dynamic “Cloud-First” era. New hires will assist in:

    • Software implementation through finance and accounting management strategies
    • Accounts payable accounts receivable management
    • Financial reporting requirements
    • Cash and bank management processes
    • Supply chain management strategies
    • Vendor and customer collaboration
    • Manufacturing process flow; inventory and work-in-process management

    Public Sector

    You will have the opportunity to work with clients in a wide variety of state and local government agencies to help solve problems. This includes helping them determine their needs or assisting them in defining, designing, developing and implementing solutions that provide critical value to their organization.

    Projects in this role could include:

    • Business process consulting/reengineering
    • Organizational change management
    • Project management support
    • Technology assessments
    • Financial analysis
    • Municipal advisory
    • Data analysis
    • Functional assistance implementing new technology systems that enable clients to improve the performance of their organizations. Typical project responsibilities could include:
    • Process mapping data and requirements gathering and analysis
    • Client meeting facilitation support
    • Preparing and supporting presentations
    • Project management support
    • Change management
    • Business process analysis
    • Financial analysis Projects in this role could also be structured around the finance and regulatory compliance needs of state and local governmental organizations in the areas of public finance (municipal advisory, budgeting & forecasting, financial management, arbitrage rebate liability calculations, and verification services) or rate and feasibility studies.

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or comparable major.
    • GPA : 3.0 or above
