You will provide HR support to 300+ employees with growth plans to over 500 in the coming year. Primary Responsibilities include: 1.Onboarding support Organizes and presents at new-employee orientations I-9 form verification and completion Informs management and HRBU of new hires 2.Facilitates confidential HR transactions and documentation Separation requests and exit interview scheduling Employee transfers and data changes 3.Assists with job and other postings 4.Assists to reference checks and verifications of employment status. 5.Assist with closing background checks, pending documents, scan and send to BI team 6.Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures. 7.Assists with benefits questions. Experience with global companies and cultures, BPO or similar work environments would be ideal.
