    Job Description

    Paid Media Hub Manager will champion the importance of data and consumer insights in the creative process of precision marketing. This role will own, drive and evolve paid media direct-to-consumer channels (DTC). You have the ambition, influencing skills as well as the technical expertise to define and drive the transformation of the current operating model towards a more personalize and performance first approach. This role will be responsible to accelerate the building and integration of consumer and media insights with the global and regional digital strategy to deliver results for each market.

    You will work with the LATAM/C Paid Media Hub leads in building, driving, and scaling always on integrated global performance marketing programs. You will work with local market leads to drive adoption of a standardized, actionable Digital Marketing KPIs dashboard to help markets action against findings and goals and provide global oversight and transparency into media allocation across paid channels to achieve group portfolio business goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • JIRA TICKET MANAGEMENT: Manage Jira traffic across hub markets to ensure all tasks are being captured accurately.
    • DMP AUDIENCE MANAGEMENT (KRUX): To assist market in audience management with the objective to grow audience segment size, create relevant retargeting audience segments, and introduce business relevant Lookalikes.
    • To collaborate with OC audience team and market in planning the collation of audience segment based the actual website audience hotspot.
    • To work with market to ensure ingestion of CRM data is intact and ready to be utilized whenever there is CRM related campaigns (Member-Gets-Member Referral Program, Trade-In Program and etc.)  
    • TRAFFICKING: Lead Ad Ops hub team to ensure all campaign trafficking in the markets are being executed according to global mandate. Responsibility: Monthly check in, monthly data checking, to update market whenever there is new update on trafficking structure.
    • BRAND SAFETY GOVERNANCE: To onboard and educate markets on brand safe framework and tools. To ensure fundamental brand safe features (Double Verify) are enabled in all campaigns across the markets.

    BUSINESS SUPPORT 

    • GLOBAL STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION: To make sure markets are aware of global strategy direction and execute campaigns according to the global planning guideline (OCCS). Lead best practice adoption across markets to ensure precision and personalized marketing is fully embedded in strategic planning and execution.
    • DCO STRATEGY PLANNING: To champion DCO campaign and lead the planning of DCO decision tree with market based on the market relevant IQOS journey. 
    • UNLOCKING RELEVANT MEDIA PARTNERS: To explore new partners and platforms for markets with the key objective to expand reach of brand 
    • HUB LEVEL MEDIA BUDGET MANAGEMENT: To co-manage campaign budget with markets and ensure consistent and accurate pacing and optimization. To troubleshoot whenever there is business-related issue raised by the client. To update and share campaign budgets with global for global visibility.
    • MEDIA SCENE/TREND UPDATE WITH MARKET: To work with local markets to conduct media scene/trend update with local team twice a year to ensure local client is aware of the new progress of the media scene.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience in planning and activation especially across Programmatic and direct buys
    • Prior experience managing restricted category brands (i.e. Pharmaceutical or Alcohol brands)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
    • Past Experience in the Media Industry with planning and client management experience.
    • Experience operating in a large global region would be beneficial - i.e. Canada, Central America, Caribbean and Latin America
    • Regional experience, or regional team leadership preferred
    • Keen to learn, work with colleagues in different markets, from different cultures and connect positively with a broader global team
    • Flexible to attend occasional global calls/meetings that may fall outside the US normal business hours. While we do our best to schedule meetings during normal business hours, global roles require more flexibility to meet the client needs
