    This is a remote position; candidates must sit in the CT or ET time zones to be considered.

    Our New York-based Carat team is looking to add a Manager, Media Planning to their team. This is exciting opportunity to support one of the world's most well-known CPG clients on their force for good programs. This is a remote role, location in the Central or Eastern time zone is required. We are a close-knit team that is very proud of the work we do to help our client's multicultural activities.

    As the Manager you will serve in an important junior/mid-level role with one junior level person reporting to you. In time there could be more direct reports. You will report directly into the Senior Account Director. You will work with the Senior Manager leading the strategic direction with help from your Senior Account Director and is a marketing partner for your clients. You must demonstrate a working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on main client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines (SEM, Social, TV, OLV, OOH, and Radio)
    • 1+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns
    • Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
    • Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design the latest, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)
    • Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media projects
    • Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
    • 1+ years of experience w/ analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
    • Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
    • Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of total experience in a large agency setting required
    • 1+ years of experience in media agency project management
    • Interest in multicultural projects
    • Bilingual
    • Relevant media planning experience and experience working with buying teams
    • Familiar with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools.

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
