    Job Description

    As the Manager, Analytics, you will be an individual contributor in the development and troubleshooting support for baseline and advanced level reporting to ensure internal team success and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Associate Director, Reporting & Analytics, you will be the primary contact on this Analytics team, developing insights and recommendations, and accomplishing reporting tasks. This is a remote role.

    Main Accountabilities:

    • You will work with client and our teams to develop insights and recommendations
    • You will communicate recommendations to client partners, leading client reporting calls
    • You will communicate with survey vendors to develop brand-lift study questions, and to analyze survey results
    • You will develop KPI Framework, business learning questions and test plan
    • You will participate in discovery and auditing process with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to create a measurement strategy and reporting infrastructure, develop reporting templates and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for advanced issues and improvements for our clients
    • You will provide hands-on development of client reporting, both baseline reporting and advanced reporting
    • You will work with D&I Development, Data Science, and Leadership teams to refine and improve reporting platforms, templates, and philosophies, staying up to date with and testing new technologies
    • You will coordinate with other areas of D&I team including forecasting, analytics, data engineering and tagging/tracking
    • You will mentor junior staff including Associates and Senior Associates
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years in Analytics & Reporting i.e. data processing and data visualization
    • 4-year degree required in business analytics, information systems, communications, statistics or relevant specialty
    • 1+ years of client-facing experience participating in reporting calls
    • Exposure to digital media performance campaigns (with CTR, VCR or other similar KPIs)
    • Visualization experience with Power BI
    • Exposure to survey and brand-lift study development & analysis, including partnering with survey companies
    • Expert knowledge of excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumif)
    • Some knowledge of developing and implementing ETL processes
    • Basic understanding of database structures

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is ($68,000 - $110,400). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
