    Job Summary: Crowe is actively searching for a skilled and motivated communications intern to aid the implementation of the firm’s enterprise and business unit communications strategies, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. The Crowe communications team is proactive, creative, and adaptable approach – focused on crafting compelling narratives that effectively convey Crowe’s value proposition to our people, our clients, and our communities. As a communications intern, you will help develop and distribute content aligned to the firm’s strategy, which may include producing Crowe intranet stories and internal messaging, supporting, and monitoring earned media opportunities, creating engaging social media content, and other communiques.

    Job Requirements :

    • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or English.
    • Ability to come into the office 1-2 days a week.
    • Experience (or desire to learn) writing for various audiences such as news releases, media pitches, social media, internal communications, communications timelines, talking points, etc.
    • Confident performing multiple ongoing projects in a hybrid work environment, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating strong organization skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience working with social media/content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

    Job Responsibilities (may include focus in one or more areas):

    • Corporate Communications: Develop both internal and external communication materials, ensuring all reflect a holistic and integrated Crowe Story, grounded in our purpose and values.
    • Employee Communications: Contribute to ongoing communications projects that drive and support employee engagement, strategic initiatives, change management endeavors and cultural programs.
    • Public and Media Relations: Help execute PR and MR strategies, including news releases, topic pitching, article coordination, media list research and media monitoring, to elevate Crowe’s profile in the market.
    • Social Media: Produce engaging social media copy and assets for firm channels, strategic comms plans and employee advocacy.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 to $30.00 hourly.
