JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a CONSULTING OPERATIONS INTERN in CROWE’S CONSULTING PRACTICE, your role will focus on facilitating, designing, and implementing business processes in order to support our Consulting team. This role focuses on the jobs-to-be-done within the operations and risk management functions of Consulting. You will complete key business activities and have the opportunity to work on a variety of special projects designed around current business needs.

Interns will have the opportunity to build a variety project management skills including communication, gathering business requirements, completing specific tasks, identifying process improvement opportunities and learning to use a variety of technologies.
EXPECTATIONS:
Engage with the operations team to understand project responsibilities
Facilitate completion of tasks within various teams
Support the operations and risk management functions of Consulting
Prepare weekly status reports and present weekly status review meeting with operations leaders
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Organized and able to coordinate across multiple teams and maintain project deadlines
Ability to utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients and project teams
Self-motivated
Aptitude to learn and use cutting edge technology to tackle business problems
Learn and work well both in a team and independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong conceptual thinking and creativity
EDUCATION:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Management, Information Technology or Information Systems, or comparable major

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 to $38.00 hourly.
