    Job Description:

    As a D365 ERP Technical team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing data along with defining, crafting, developing, and implementing business and technology solutions.     Help clients improve performance and efficiency across a broad array of issues across financial management, operational efficiency and information technology by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology. You will be part of the team that assists with the design and development of cloud application features, architects’ infrastructure for cloud and hybrid environments, and configures integrations between enterprise systems using Azure services. ERP is integrated business management software used to collect, store, manage and analyze data from many business activities. Crowe has been successful in building ERP solutions across organizations varying in size, complexity, and industry.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Assist clients with the implementation of technology as they transform their business.

    • Enhance governance, identify risks, and support compliance through system implementation and/or enhancement.

    • Assist clients with technology-enabled process improvement and help them refine their information security environment.

    • Develop, implement, support, and deliver existing Crowe technology solutions and play a key role through innovation.

    • Assist clients by understanding their business processes and corresponding technical requirements in the areas of system integration, business intelligence, enhancement design and development, and by providing technical client training.

    • Develop and extend core ERP functionality, while providing hands-on support for clients, integrating with third-party applications and building apps.

    • Assist in the execution of cloud adoption plans, configure integrations between enterprise systems using Azure services, integrate iOT on Azure, and implement multi factor security and identity management solutions.

    • Focus knowledge building on specific ERP technologies, such as D365, NetSuite and Salesforce.

    • Provide custom development, when needed.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause and resolve issues.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively simplify and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

    • Ability to work collaboratively across skillsets and geographies. Strong interpersonal skills and team building

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously upskill

    • Willingness to travel 75% or more annually

    • Experience in data mapping and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

    Education:

    We are seeking college students pursuing academic degrees in one of the following preferred majors (or similar background). Audit or Business Administration paired with Information Systems/Information Technology focus.

    • Computer Science

    • Management Information Systems or Technology

    • Supply Chain

    • Computer Engineering

    • Software Engineering

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
