Every year Donlen processes title and registration transactions on thousands of vehicles across North America. There is an opening in the License and Title department to work with our title and registration team. The title and registration specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of initial title and registration, registration renewals, state transfers, title transfers, and violations. The title and registration specialist will be fully knowledgeable on regulations, identify, implement, and maintain process improvements, and assist in effectively managing the customer experience. - Monitor and take action on assigned workload using FleetWeb dashboard and reporting - Submit transactions to be processed to the appropriate vendor - Follow-up on transaction status using exception reporting - Escalate and assist in resolving issues and delays - Identify, discuss, and implement process improvements - Research jurisdictional regulations and requirements - Manage and update requirement reference materials - Work with vendors to set expectations and hold them accountable for performance - Review, audit, and submit invoices for payment - Review title and registrations documents (MSO, titles, registrations) for accuracy - Manage CARE - Work with entire licensing team to cross train and cover volume and staff fluctuations - Partner with Customer Service to ensure a quality customer experience - Collaborate with Vehicle Acquisitions to ensure complete understanding of relevant vehicle specifications and client expectations - Other duties as assigned - Data entry, filing, complete title and registration forms Mandatory Requirements - Associates Degree or higher preferred - Minimum of 3 years office experience - Strong written and verbal communication - Operate programs in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills - Ability to learn proprietary business software (Fleetweb, Care, Lite2000) - Ability to complete daily tasks with limited supervision Preferred Requirements Donlen is a Drug-Free Workplace.
