    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    This is an entry level position within our eStrike team. The team is responsible for the daily monitoring of email campaigns, providing reports, uploading creative content, and responding to eStrike related inquiries & issues.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:   

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

    • Review and respond to requests, inquiries & issues related to Epsilon’s Automotive eStrike product
    • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill / resolve inquiries (when necessary)
    • Basic understanding of a CRM Solution Database and documenting transactions
    • Assist in operational monitoring activities using internal tools
    • Assist in report generation using pre-defined queries

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior data entry or quality control experience is required, 1 - 2 years;
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook required;
    • Must have extreme attention to detail; 
    • Must be able to follow documented procedures to ensure company compliance;
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to work with extreme deadlines
    • Willingness to work extended hours, if needed
