JOB DESCRIPTION

As an UI Interaction Designer you will directly contribute to the evolution and strategy of our component design system (https://core-ui.conversantmedia.com). You will collaborate with our team of seasoned UX designers and UX engineers to conceptualize and implement beautiful designs for our PeopleCloud marketing product solutions (https://us.epsilon.com/epsilon-peoplecloud-overview).

The ideal candidate is able to collaborate with an experienced team, create effective designs utilizing our component library, and is flexible in delivering design assets in an agile product environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the Sketch production files
• Update components and layouts based on team feedback
• Collaborate with UX to create custom, polished UI mockups for product team approvals
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test effective UI designs
• Contribute to presentations and design pitches
• Provide multiple solutions for custom UI layouts for Product Design
• Create new iconography and illustrations

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about product design and UI
• Portfolio of high quality, polished UI deliverables (websites, mobile Apps, product software, etc.) that demonstrates user interactivity 
• Working knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision, Zeplin, or similar design software
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
• Effectively communicates their design decisions
• Motion and micro-interaction design 
• 1-3 years of digital design experience

BONUS SKILLS

• Working design knowledge of universal UX and accessibility principles 
• Some agency experience
