    Job Description

    The Portfolio Manager will lead end-to-end Web Development projects for a global pharmaceutical company. This role requires a solid grounding in Website build, a passion for working with the clients, and the ability to lead a talented matrixed team.  You will be in a client facing role where you will manage the design and implementation of web development projects, as well as digital marketing solutions for our clients, delivering premier, creative, complex, high-visibility, enterprise-scale projects.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong understanding and experience in coordinating E2E Web development process
      • Knowledge of Key tasks/milestones, dependencies, functions involved
    • Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel for the responsibilities defined here
    • Work closely and build relationship with brand teams aka content owners as well as AoRs
    • Understand brand objectives and brand requirements for website build
    • Ability to co-ordinate across functions and stakeholders to ensure quality development output and efficient progress
    • Excellent communication skills (multi-stakeholder facing role)
    • An understanding of using design systems would be preferred
    • Ability to work with project manager and marketing ops manager to ensure efficient hand-offs internally and with external stakeholders
    • Ability to hold content owners, agencies, and platform teams accountable by representing the dev team’s requirements, timeline expectations, adherence to standards and processes
    • Ability to intake a web development projects as well as web personalization/experimentation projects
    • Understand the requirements, assess sufficiency for estimation and collaborate to address gaps
    • Drive website UAT and manage feedback resolution
    • Ensuring version control of web build kit efficiently through strong change management (AoRs are notorious for some brands)
    • Enable continual improvement in terms of turnaround time (across functions)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 5+ years portfolio management and project management experience within the digital space.
    • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, etc.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in an enterprise environment.
    • Significant experience with project and workflow management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Workfront, Monday, Asana, etc.
    • Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
    • Mastery of scope & change management controls.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership and motivation.
    • Account management background a plus.
    • PMP certification a plus.
