About this role:
The ASSOCIATE, MARKETING CLIENT ADVOCACY MANAGER position is responsible for assisting in partnering with our Epsilon client teams and clients to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience as part of our client advocacy program. Client advocacy focuses on sharing our clients’ successes in market through a variety of different marketing initiatives and assets in which our team supports to create.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams. This person has exceptional customer services skills, with the ability and demeanor to handle change. The individual will work closely with our events and other marketing teams to ensure they are integrated, while working to provide an excellent customer experience.
