    About this role:

    The ASSOCIATE, MARKETING CLIENT ADVOCACY MANAGER position is responsible for assisting in partnering with our Epsilon client teams and clients to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience as part of our client advocacy program. Client advocacy focuses on sharing our clients’ successes in market through a variety of different marketing initiatives and assets in which our team supports to create.

    The ideal candidate has strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams. This person has exceptional customer services skills, with the ability and demeanor to handle change.  The individual will work closely with our events and other marketing teams to ensure they are integrated, while working to provide an excellent customer experience.​

    ASSOCIATE, MARKETING CLIENT ADVOCACY MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:​

    • Help define and execute our client advocacy strategy and tactical plans while supporting project management efforts.
    • Play an active role in the annual strategic planning process by researching the success of previous client advocacy engagements and how client advocacy supports our marketing return-on-investment.
    • Maintain client advocacy planning documents to capture key learnings and improvements.
    • Support the planning and execution of client focused events.
    • Take an active role in the production of our trends and research that’s shared with clients on a quarterly basis.
    • Maintain our client advocacy tracking database and provide strategic areas of improvement for the data capture process.
    • Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to gain input on goals and executional ideas​.
    • Develop scalable processes to support communication, documentation, and operations for managing vendors and communicating internally.​
    • Help manage lead tracking and ROI measurement within Salesforce.
    • Additional duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-5 years professional work experience in event marketing or client facing roles.  Digital marketing a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization.
    • An engaging, outgoing personal style with a customer service mindset who enjoys working independently as well as on a team.  
    • The ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
    • Creative, resourceful, results oriented and collaborative team player.
    • Highly organized with good follow through capabilities.
    • Tenacious, energized, curious and enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver sound client advocacy programs focused on efficiently delivering outstanding results.
    • Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
