OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS GROUP
Epsilon’s Strategic Partnerships Group helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their direct marketing programs by leveraging 1st and 3rd party data in emerging data driven marketing channels like digital, social, and TV.
The Operations Coordinator – Strategic Partnerships Group will work with Epsilon’s business development, offline data product teams, engineering, and sales teams to support our ongoing data sales efforts and further develop our partnership-based products across online media, social, and advanced television. This role requires someone as versatile as they are detail-oriented, who is eager to tackle any project with vigor and curiosity.
This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the largest players in the ad tech ecosystem and exposure to the marketing landscape, as a whole, while working on a nimble, high-visibility team at one of the largest marketing services providers in the world. This person would learn a tremendous amount about the space while developing professionally and make an impact that is felt throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PRODUCT OPERATIONS – Onboard our catalog of audience segments, as well as custom audiences, to partner ad platforms. Ensure audience segments are working and usable for partners and clients, which often involves troubleshooting and performing QA.
2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT– Day-to-day management of fulfilling TV Partner requests ranging from data recommendations to technical enablement of data. “Wow” our clients with your promptness, thoroughness, and friendly demeanor.
3. TEAM OPERATIONS – Project-manage internal initiatives, projects, and documents (collateral, contracts, taxonomies, process documents, etc.). Keep us organized!
4. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – Support (and in some cases own) some of Epsilon’s thriving and expanding platform partners to ensure that our data is fully available and up to date and handle any technical questions around ingesting new Epsilon data.
5. MANAGE INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS - Work with just about every functional area across the company, including Client Services, Business Development, Data Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Legal teams. Manage the complexities of a large organization with many stakeholders while building a positive reputation of our team.
