In this role, you’ll combine your industry knowledge, networking skills, and ability to inspire and grow a team to create impactful brand experiences that expand our presence where active living and everyday life meet.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Market Manager to lead local field marketing program. This individual will serve as the operational anchor in their market, overseeing execution, managing a part-time ambassador team, and cultivating strategic local relationships. The Market Manager is responsible for ensuring quality field delivery, sharing actionable insights, and maintaining a consistent brand presence throughout the year.

In this role, you will be provided with a Company vehicle which is to be used exclusively and
solely for work purposes. Accordingly, applicants will be required to possess (and maintain
during employment) a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as well as will be
required to submit to a background check of their driving record. If hired, the employee will be
responsible for using the company car in a safe, lawful, and reasonable manner and comply
with Company policy and all other vehicle guidelines.

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
