First-Year Foundations is a one-day career development program for first-year students (graduating in 2025) who self-identify with at least one historically underrepresented group. During the program, you will participate in a series of learning experiences designed to give you the tools and resources you need to navigate the economic consulting industry, obtain hands-on experience through a mini-project, and gain insight from our consultants. If you are looking for exposure to a new industry, career options, and lasting networking connections, First-Year Foundations could be the opportunity for you.

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be a first-year undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in spring/summer 2025
• Self-identify with at least one historically underrepresented group:  Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, East Asian, South/Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, Native American, LGBTQ+, Veteran, disabled, and/or first-generation college student
• Strong interest in economics, finance, and/or consulting
• Available for the full program duration

Preferred qualifications:

• Taken/or enrolled in one college-level economics or finance-related course by the time of the program

You can opt for either Monday, June 20, 2022 or Wednesday, June 22, 2022. The same program will be offered on both dates.
