    Job Summary:
    Working under minimal supervision the Instructor is responsible for the successful support and delivery of internal and customer facing trainings. Instructors may be required to lead key deployment projects.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Support and deliver training offerings to both employees and customers.
    • Successfully implement assigned projects.
    • Maintain all required documentation and business requirements.
    • Act as a product owner in your areas of expertise to assist product management.
    • Resolve escalated support items.
    • Complete assigned projects, where required.
    • Deliver technical support to sales group
    • Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
    • Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
