Responsibilities include providing support services that facilitate the effective protection of intellectual property. Paralegal duties include completing and submitting relevant forms and other administrative matters required for IP protection before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, obtaining and entering data with IP Law databases, interfacing with United States Patent and Trademark Office and supporting IP professionals in other matters.
