Job Description
Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with HSMC and the Client computer systems, PC’s and TELCO systems. Identifies problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users. Coordinates with other IT areas to resolve problems if necessary. Configure and support Enterprise level software / hardware packages used throughout the organization(s).
