Job Description

The Account Services intern will work on the agency’s account team supporting the current business with on and off premise events, launching new programs nationwide and will design the company’s day of giving with committee support.

The internship will begin on May 20th and ends on August 9th. 

• Participate in client and brand meetings, responsible for assembling and maintaining documents such as agendas, minutes, and recaps
• Assists account leadership team with creation and delivery of client ad-hoc reports by leveraging resources, analytics platforms, and writing decks
• Support project leads through engagement with cross department services (strategy, analytics, creative)
• Assist with planning for the annual Summit meeting
• Actively participates in internal meetings, responsible for providing status updates on key deliverables
• Assists in the management of systems – data portal, VIP, Tableau, etc.
• Organize the Company’s Day of Giving
• Participate in a team leadership orientation
• Participate in Inspira culture events

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Mac
• Undergraduate course work in marketing
