Create clear, concise technical documentation for multiple products with input from stakeholders and developers.
Author and manage external technical content in a CMS.
Edit existing technical content to improve clarity and increase situational awareness for the Product and Engineering teams of changes that occur in the codebase.
Document processes, operating procedures, and other operational flow internally and externally with clients.
Work on product documentation, such as product FAQs, internal Confluence pages, and training materials to help promote the broader team’s product knowledge.
Work with Product Managers, Developers, Client Success Managers, and Sales Directors to provide support for company-wide document production and review, including functional and business requirements, installation guides, release notes, and more.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Some writing experience.
Knowledge of API, Software Documentation, Programming (reading code and commenting on it) required.
Comfortable with screen capture software and basic image manipulation.
YAML and XML knowledge a plus.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, HTML, Git, Java, Python, SQL, Excel, markdown, wiki syntax and React a plus.
