    Job Description

    The LMS Administrator is the first line of customer support for content owners and end users for our online learning platform, Training on Demand.

    The LMS Administrator is responsible for the successful configuration and deployment of online training content to our online learning platform and backend management of our learning management system. In this role, the LMS Administrator is the first line of customer support for content creators and end users to ensure a positive learning experience.

    • Collaborate with client content creators to develop and maintain LMS objects including eLearning courses, certification programs and assessments.
    • Ensure proper configuration of online training content through understanding of SCORM, browser and other eLearning support standards, and deploy eLearning content.
    • Create and maintain internal and external audiences, hierarchies, departments, roles, and permissions in the LMS backend.
    • Manage custom client pages.
    • Deliver functional and technical support through a help desk and/or ticketing system to resolve issues quickly and ensure training content is runs without interruption.
    • Build and schedule reports and analyze user data.
    • Monitor and report on reoccurring issues.
    • Test and evaluate new features and tools that integrate with the LMS.
    • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized project documentation to facilitate smooth system operations and streamline client communication. This may include, but is not limited to, creating user documentation and video tutorials and maintaining the LMS manual.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in instructional design, learning & development, technical communication or a similar field. May be substituted with experience.
    • Knowledge and experience with administering LMS systems. Experience with Totara/Moodle platforms required.
    • Thorough understanding of SCORM configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
    • Certification as a Learning Management System Administrator (CLMA) a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience with Articulate Rise 360 and/or Articulate Storyline eLearning required.
    • Strong technical foundation and proficiency in working with various software applications.
    • Excellent administrative, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Responsive and resourceful with an attention to detail.
    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Solid understanding of Cybersecurity and be able to identify and resolve security threats
