    About the Role

    The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for renewing our Section, Enterprise, and Platform corporate subscriptions, as well as uncovering opportunities for subscription and user upgrades. The Junior Account Executive will work with the various internal sales and support teams to ensure a favorable customer experience. Among the Junior Account Executive's key functions will be to promote product and subscription awareness, as well as increase readership through regular client outreach and relationship development efforts.

    Law360 brings candidates in to an extensive onboarding and training program. The timeline for territory assignment in this role is 3-6 months. Law360 believes in equipping junior account executives with all the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful before they are asked to manage a territory of accounts.

    This role can be performed anywhere within the United States.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calls, email, and social strategies
    • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
    • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments
    • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
    • Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, and meetings, build pipelines, and produce real business opportunities
    • Meet monthly with Management to share success stories and discuss effective sales and business development strategies
    • Conduct business in a professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
    • B.S./B.B.A. (marketing preferred) or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with lead generation or inside sales
    • Strong communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes
    • Strong time management skills
    • Proficient with M.S. Office and Internet search tools
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently

    Salary Range

    Base Salary: $32,000/year
    Variable Compensation: $12,300/ year
