This centralized team provides end-to-end HR support to U.S. based colleagues as well as thought leadership on specialized Center of Excellence topics. The team has a broad scope of responsibility across the HR spectrum, and is dedicated to the practice of exceptional risk management and continuous process improvement. What You'll Do You will provide support on a number of projects and rhythm-of-business responsibilities including colleague data management, internal team resource optimization, and process improvement initiatives. In this role you will problem solve complex HR issues in collaboration with senior members of your team. You will champion projects with the North American Centers of Excellence in Mobility and External Workers as needed.
