Then we have the job for you! McKinley Marketing Partners telecommunications client in Hanover, MD is looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to work a 5-month contract. The Global Marketing Coordinator will specialize in webinar development and project management, working closely with multiple departments to keep programs and campaigns running smoothly. Responsibilities : Manage all areas of webinar development and execution, from planning to post-event followup Work with digital marketing teams, program managers and subject matter experts to coordinate deadlines, deliverables and logistics for each webinar event Manage workflows, dry runs and tracking urls Moderate live webinars including monitoring Q&A sessions Manage logistics of post-event communications and promotion of on-demand webinars Generate and build comprehensive reports using On24 and Marketo platforms Maintain internal campaign portals to ensure content is updated for use by the marketing and sales organization Provide logistics and project management support to program managers on a variety of tactics as needed, including direct mail production and updating budget spreadsheets Manage project timelines for each campaign and program, tracking the timely development of each deliverable, monitoring communications and coordinating between stakeholders Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or journalism 3-5 years of experience in marketing or ad agency role requiring significant project management experience Experience with webinar, marketing automation and content management platforms (On24, Marketo and Kapost preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills required Ability to understand data and metrics Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines Experience working with cross-functional teams Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
