JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an extremely creative and conceptual graphic designer to join the team to help generate and execute great creative work. The ideal candidate will have experience with print, digital, motion, and interactive design.
As a Graphic Designer at Metia, you will produce projects of scale ranging from marketing collateral and presentations to websites and full-blown global marketing campaigns. Our team is constantly evolving to stay on the cutting edge of all things digital and committed to providing our clients amazing solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Play a key role in defining and producing brand identity systems, and creative direction for clients
- Develop and execute strong and compelling creative designs, driven by strategy, for various mediums, including social, print, digital, video, and email communications
- Lead multiple priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and champion projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Partner successfully with key stakeholders across multiple business lines to understand products and services and translate business objectives into effective and compelling creative design
- Organize and maintain library of key art, logos, and content updates
- Define goals, success metrics, and strategy for your projects
- Maintain a strong professional skill set within the Adobe and Microsoft suite of applications
- Collaborate with executive staff on design needs
- Work with other designers and development teams to bring concepts to life
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

- 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing design roles, preferably with time spent at a marketing agency in B2B and/or Tech space.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and illustration.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinker. Experience presenting and selling creative, active involvement in client pitches.
- Must possess an understanding of HTML production and its technical constraints
