Qualifications

What you will do

· Assist the team with client management tasks

· Oversee day-to-day delivery of project requirements

· Draft client communications, schedule calls, manage review cycles, report on status

· Drive timelines and support delivery teams

· Focus on ensuring client happiness

· Monitor and report on client and industry trends

· Develop knowledge and skill specific to supporting client work

What you will need to be successful

· Have strong attention to detail

· Be an exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills

· Have competence with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Be collaborative and comfortable working as a team as well as independently

· Be able to follow a set process and work with some ambiguity, not afraid to ask questions

· An enthusiastic, can-do attitude

Bonus points if you have

· Previous experience working with large B2B companies

· Experience with content development

· An interest in technology

· A great sense of humor
